As for health problems it depends on the location of where they are working because in the USA different states, towns, counties all have different rules/regulations. There should be a provision like you mentioned in the USA however due to our puritanical backyard crazy society those who choose the profession in adult entertainment do not have the law on their side. Sadly after they work in the industry they are labeled and have a very difficult job finding normal work because they are judged by their past which is very wrong. I believe that all who work in adult entertainment should have the same treatment, same rights, and should be treated like any other person.
